Ladies Athletic Club of Atlanta Membership Code of Conduct At the Ladies Athletic Club of Atlanta (LACA), we are dedicated to fostering an elevated, inclusive, and empowering environment for professional women who value community, wellness, and meaningful connections.
As a member, you are an ambassador of our club’s mission, and we expect all members to uphold the highest standards of respect, integrity, and camaraderie.
By joining LACA, you agree to abide by the following Code of Conduct:
1. Respect & Inclusivity
• Treat all members, guests, and staff with kindness, courtesy, and respect.
• Embrace diversity and inclusivity—our club welcomes women from all backgrounds, skill levels, and experiences.
• Harassment, discrimination, or any form of exclusionary behavior will not be tolerated.
2. Community & Engagement
• Foster a positive and uplifting community by supporting and encouraging fellow members.
• Engage in events, group chats, and club activities with openness and authenticity.
• Maintain the confidentiality of private member communications and personal information.
3. Professionalism & Integrity
• Represent LACA with grace and professionalism in all interactions, both online and in person.
• Refrain from excessive solicitation, or aggressive networking—our community is built on genuine connections.
• Honor your commitments—if you RSVP to an event, please attend or cancel with appropriate notice.
4. Sportsmanship & Wellness
• Respect the rules, etiquette, and spirit of the sports and wellness activities we offer, including golf, tennis, yoga, Pilates, and holistic health sessions.
• Prioritize safety and well-being—follow instructor guidelines and respect individual fitness levels.
• Maintain a positive attitude and encourage others in their journey, regardless of skill level.
5. Membership Privileges & Expectations
• Membership privileges, including discounts, group chats, and exclusive events, are for members only and should not be shared with non-members.
• Use club spaces, chats, and resources appropriately—spam, negativity, or disruptive behavior is not permitted.
• Any concerns, conflicts, or issues should be addressed privately and professionally with club leadership.
6. Social Media & Public Representation
• Celebrate and share LACA experiences responsibly on social media—tag @ladiesathleticclubofatl when posting about club events.
LACA Membership Dues Refund Policy
At the Ladies Athletic Club of Atlanta, we are committed to providing our members with exceptional value, access, and experiences. Members may cancel their membership at any time; however, please note that all membership dues are non-refundable.
Upon cancellation, members will continue to have access to all member benefits and group chats through the end of their current billing cycle. After that date, access will be discontinued, and no further charges will be made.
We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue building a dynamic, empowering community of women across Atlanta.
Violations & Consequences Any violation of this Code of Conduct may result in a review of membership status, warnings, or removal from LACA, at the discretion of the club leadership. Our priority is maintaining a positive, welcoming, and sophisticated environment for all members.
By becoming a Ladies Athletic Club of Atlanta member, you acknowledge and agree to uphold these standards, contributing to the elevated, empowering experience that defines our community.
